The Bills listed and set out below has been published on this site for the consideration of members of the public.  The Bills have been introduced and had the first reading in the Legislative Assembly.  They will be considered at the next sitting of the Legislative Assembly and may be passed into law if not withdrawn. After the second and third readings, the Bills will be submitted to the Governor for his consent. If the Governor, gives his consent , the Bill becomes law unless disallowed by Her Majesty.  Sections 74 through 76 of the Montserrat Constitution Order No. 2474 of 2010 describe these elements of the legislative process.  Members of the public may submit comments on any Bill directly to the Attorney General’s chambers by using the comment box on this page.
